Hell, if they could get away with it today they'd be wearing white hoods, because homophobia and racism are just two sides of the same coin.

Wow. Excellent post, scary subject. I hope you don't mind, but I'm clipping and posting your post verbatim on my own blog. For the life of me, I can't figure out how or why people unaffected by "gay marriage" (for me, just marriage) are so energized and motivated by the subject. I was quite literally horrified by last Wednesday's displays of hate across this country. And I feel I've failed as a blogger to represent what a travesty it was.
